Consumer health data

• Searches you run: the kind of care, a ZIP code, and any filters. Never tied to your name.
• Providers you save to your account.
• Structured visit-experience answers you choose to submit.
• What you type into a contact request, including insurance and the accommodations you need.
• Only with your consent: one anonymous cookie that links a search to the profile views that follow.

It all comes from you. We never buy, import, or infer health information about families from anywhere else.

Running the search you asked for, showing your saved providers, publishing moderated experiences anonymously, and counting searches near a practice as aggregate numbers. Never advertising. Never sold — and we will never ask you to sign an authorization to sell it, which is the only way selling would be legal.

The service providers that run our infrastructure, under contracts limiting their use of it: Cloudflare (hosting and cookieless page-view counts), Resend (sending the emails you request), and Stripe (provider billing only — no family data). A practice sees your contact request only when you explicitly send one. Authorities, only if the law genuinely requires it. Nobody else.

We ask before setting the anonymous funnel cookie, and the site works identically if you decline. You can change your answer here, any time.

Email privacy@autismfriendlycare.com to ask what we hold about you, who received it, or to have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. Published experiences may remain in anonymized form after account deletion.

Search and page-view events are deleted after 18 months, and contact requests after 24 months. Account data lasts while your account is active. Saved providers and experiences go when your account does, experiences staying only as anonymous text.
