• We work hard to verify information, but we can’t guarantee it. Always confirm with the office.
• Accounts are for adults. Be honest in what you submit.
• Providers can’t pay for rankings, badges, or review removal. Not now, not ever.

Autism Friendly Care is an information directory operated by Autism Friendly Care LLC. We list healthcare providers and community businesses, describe accommodations they report or that we confirm, and publish moderated visit experiences. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not give medical advice, referrals, or diagnoses, and nothing here creates a provider-patient relationship. A listing is not an endorsement, and our verification labels describe only the specific checks we performed, on the date shown.

Provider information comes from public records, from practices themselves, and from our own checks. It changes constantly, and we display when it was last verified. Always confirm insurance, availability, and accommodations directly with the office before an appointment. If something here is wrong, use “Something wrong on this page? Tell us” and we’ll follow up.

You must be 18 or older. You agree to submit only truthful information, to share experiences you actually had, and not to include other people’s private information, especially children’s names or medical details. Don’t scrape the directory, misrepresent your affiliation with a practice, or use the service to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of what you submit — experiences, photos, and profile updates. By submitting, you give us permission to publish, edit, and display it under our policies. Published experiences stay anonymous and may remain after your account closes. Only upload photos you have the right to share, and never photos of patients.

Practices may claim their profile and keep it current; by claiming, you represent that you’re authorized to act for the practice. Self-reported updates are labeled as such until our team re-verifies them. Paid subscriptions add profile features and analytics. They never affect search ranking, verification outcomes, or review moderation. Our review policy governs visit experiences and provider disputes.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on directory information, for the acts of any listed provider, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as local law permits.

If you believe content here infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent. Include a link, proof that you hold the rights, and how to reach you.

We review promptly and remove infringing content. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.
