Mental Care Plus is an outpatient mental health clinic in Englewood Cliffs, serving families, couples, adults, children, and teens across Bergen County, New Jersey. Services include individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, child and adolescent therapy, behavioral therapy, an employee assistance program (EAP), and medication management. We support people with anxiety, panic, social anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD and trauma, grief, postpartum depression, stress and burnout, and life transitions. Sessions are available in person in Englewood Cliffs or by secure telehealth anywhere in New Jersey, and Spanish and Russian are available with select clinicians. We accept a range of insurance plans, and coverage depends on your individual plan, so please confirm your benefits when you request an appointment.
